Corporaation and ownership
Intelligent Systems was founded as a privately held limited company in Hadsund
in February 2006. It is fully owned by Niki Nicolas Grigoriou and Frank Sørensen
through two privately held holding companies.
Niki and Frank first met in 1998 at the software company Dator A/S. They were colleagues
until 2005 and stayed in touch afterwards and founded Intelligent
Systems A/S in February 2006.
Niki and Frank have a common goal in creating a company that delivers the highest quality
and is among the world's best within industrial automation and logistics.
Niki sees the big picture and is responsible for sales and representing the company
outwards. His experience includes working as a project manager, head architect
and a software developer.

Frank is a problem-shooter and responsible for project management and economy. His
experience includes working as a head architect, technical
project manager and software developer on some of the largest automated logistic systems
worldwide.

Board
Intelligent Systems is lead by a professionel board consisting of
Henrik Jensen, Mads Prebensen and the majority shareholders Niki Nicolas Grigoriou
and Frank Sørensen.
The board members Henrik og Mads both have
backgrounds within strategic management and company development, and both have a large
experience within management in technology and industry
- a combination that provides a great benefit to their work in the board of Intelligent Systems.

Managing Director, Grundfos New Business and Group Senior Vice
President, Grundfos Management
Mads' previous positions include Regional President, Danfoss ASEAN
and leading positions at Danfoss.
Mads is responsible for Grundfos New Business whose task is developing
new business areas for Grundfos. Grundfos New Business currently has
6 subsidiary companies with business areas in sustainable, green and
environmentally friendly technology.
Mads holds directorships in several boards in companies within Grundfos'
ownership, as well as in several external boards.

Henrik Jensen
|
Vice President / CEO Nothern Europe for Balluff
Henrik is Vice President for Balluff Group and responsible for the Northern
European market. Responsible for business development within wind energy worldwide.
Henrik is a member of the board for the Danish Wind Power Industrial
Organization as the subcontractors' representative since 2008

aim to strengthen and build relationships, knowledge, skills and know-how.
To strengthen and maintain its position as a supplier of specialized
knowledge and skills Intelligent Systems constantly seeks inspiration
and knowledge. The networks help Intelligent Systems to be a stronger
partner for its customers and provide the skills and services they need.

Intelligent Systems will participate in a network meeting at Grundfos on future
requirements for automation. The meeting takes place on 11th November and will
focus on automation and sustainability now and in the future. Contributors
include Grundfos and Professor Ole Madsen, Aalborg University. In cooperation
with Grundfos Ole Madsen has studied future demands for automation towards 2020.
The organizer of the network meeting is
SupplyNet,
a network of suppliers of robotic technology solutions.

At the conference on knowledge transfer at Aalborg University on 4th October
CEO Niki Grigoriou is an invited speaker. The Conference is focused on
using and strengthening bridges for knowledge transfer, so businesses
can get better access to the knowledge within academia. In
Niki's presentation he will make suggestions on collaboration between
businesses and academia, and on creating synergies between research
and business to stimulate innovation and growth.
Among the other speakers are Minister of Science, Charlotte Sahl-Madsen,
