Philosophy
Intelligent Systems is based on a philosophy and a set of values,
which constitute the foundation for the identity, culture and strategy of the company.
Customers, quality, innovation and competence - these four concepts forms the basis
of the philosophy.
Customers
The customer and the customers needs always in the center of our focus. We seek a close
partnership with the customer and to be a trustworthy and reliable partner. We never
let our customers down.
Quality
We realize systems and execute projects in high quality and in time. We develop, deliver
and support software for 'mission critical' systems and are aware that this sets high
requirements for professionalism, methods and flexibility. Requirements we intend to meet.
Innovation
We will develop ideas, concepts and systems that assist us and our customers to achieve
our goals, and in that way create value for the customer, the customers' customer, and at
the end of the value chain, the consumers.
Competence
We have chosen a narrow technological and business focus. We are experts within our field.
We are aware that knowledge and know-how only exist in the company by virtue of competent
employees.
Values
Intelligent Systems has defined a set of values, which equip the company as
well as its employees with a compass to show the way internally as well as
externally. The twelve keywords are as follows:
- courage
- honesty
- openness
- curiosity
- sense of responsibility
- humility
- show confidence
- seek innovation and acquire skills
- sense of quality
- use interest and desire as motivating forces
- business talent
- have fun
